1. Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note: Personalised items (such as custom name necklaces) are exempt from automatic cancellation rights, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
